Google Search Console AI Reports Now Global

As of August 31, 2026, Google's generative AI performance reports are available to all websites worldwide. These reports show impressions from AI Overviews, AI Mode, and generative AI Discover in Search Console.

Google unified AI performance reporting under one interface. Sites no longer need separate tracking for Overviews, AI Mode, or Discover impressions.

How to measure the impact

Open Search Console, go to the new AI reports, and compare AI Overview impressions against traditional click-through rates. Look for queries where AI impressions are high but clicks are low.
